• Internal finish - vinyl faced plasterboards to the walls and ceilings and fully welded pure sheet vinyl to the floors.

• Solid core door, gloss painted flush ply style with a hardwood threshold and 5 lever mortice lock
• High performance roof membrane, single ply membrane with rainwater discharged into outlets at both ends of the building
